¿Qué hace a los hombres atractivos al sexo opuesto para la reproducción? Una pregunta interesante. Y un grupo de investigadores del Museo de Historia Natural de Londres parece haber encontrado las claves:
Los hombres con mandíbulas largas, mejillas pronunciadas y unas cejas grandes son considerados sexys.
La cara posee el secreto para determinar el sexo de nuestros ancestros y lo que hace a los hombres atractivos a las mujeres.
Según los paleontólogos del museo, los hombres evolucionaron rostros cortos entre la ceja y el labio superior, lo que exagera el tamaño de sus mandíbulas, y la forma de sus mejillas y de sus cejas. La cara corta y amplia de los machos ha evolucionado a la par con la retracción de los caninos, de modo que lucen menos amenazantes para los competidores y atractivos para las parejas.

Men with long jaws, flaring cheeks and large eyebrows are considered sexys.The face owns the secret to determine the sex of our ancestors and what makes men attractive to women.
According to paleontoligsts of the museum, men evolved short faces between the brow and the upper lip, which exaggerates the size of their jaws, and the form of their cheeks and their eyebrows. The shorter and broader faces of males have evolved alongisde and the canine teeth have shrunk, so they seem less threatening for competitors and attractive to mates.
