Un reciente análisis sugiere que podrían ser 100 millones en 2050. Más del 40 por ciento estarán entonces en la etapa tardía de la enfermedad, que requiere atención de alto nivel.
La situación es preocupante, según la Asociación para el Alzheimer, que recientemente tuvo una conferencia internacional.
A big problem
There is an evil that grows and for that science not finds a cure yet. Today exist 26.6 million people in the planet who suffer the Alzheimer's disease. A recent analysis suggests they could be 100 million in 2050. More of the 40 percent they will be then in the last stage of the disease that requires attention of high level.
The situation is worrisome, according to the Alzheimer’s Association that recently had an international conference.
